Delivery & Returns
NZ delivery - Free on full priced orders and $10 during sale periods, allow 5-7 working days for delivery (includes tracking and insurance). All Kimonos are custom-made in NZ, please allow an extra 2 days in the delivery process.
Australia delivery - $35 5-7 working days (includes tracking and insurance).
Rest of the world - $50 10-12 days (includes tracking and insurance). International Orders are not available for countries where we are unable to track delivery to the final address (eg Russia and Eastern Europe).
Shen will process orders placed within standard working hours. Any orders received outside of these times will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery times are an approximate guide only.
We need a physical address where a delivery can be signed for between 9am and 5pm. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.
Please provide a mobile phone number or email so we can text or email you to confirm when your order has been sent.
With international Orders, please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shen is not responsible for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.
We will give a full refund or exchange on full price purchases made online. Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
