Payment can be made using Mastercard, Visa or Paypal.
The name that will appear on your card is SHEN. Payment will be cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. After entering your credit card details you will see a review of your order. Please check this over carefully before clicking on Place Order. If you think you have placed an order in error please email us immediately within 2 hours of the order for cancellation and refund.
All credit card/debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorize the payment SHEN will not be held responsible for any non-delivery. SHEN takes every precaution to make our site is secure. Your personal information is encrypted using SSL and password-protected to prevent unauthorised access to it. We do not retain your credit card information.
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars unless you have selected an alternate currency view from the currency dropdown selector at the top of each page. When converting prices to another currency or when an item is charged to a credit card, a slight price variation of between 2 and 5% may occur due to fluctuating exchange rates and credit card company charges.
CANCELLATIONEmail us at email@example.com within 2 hours of placing your order to cancel your order and receive a full refund, enter "CANCEL ORDER" as the subject. SHEN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at it's discretion. All cancellations made before order dispatch will receive a full refund.
FREE SHIPPINGFREE SHIPPING is included for all orders with SHEN
- NEW ZEALAND orders will take 5-7 working days to be delivered by Courier Post with a tracking number emailed to you
- AUSTRALIAN orders take 3-5 working days and will be sent via DHL EXPRESS with a tracking number emailed to you
- Other INTERNATIONAL orders take 4-8 working days depending on your address remoteness and will be sent via DHL EXPRESS, with a tracking number emailed to you
100 DAY RETURNSWhilst SHEN is of the highest quality fabrics and tailoring, we understand that from time to time you may want to RETURN or EXCHANGE an order. As a statement of our quality and care for your shopping experience with SHEN, you have 100 DAYS from the date of purchase to return your order for a refund, store credit or exchange. To receive the refund, store credit or exchange the returned order must:
- Be in original, resalable condition with all original tags
- Not have makeup stains or perfume scent
- Be received by post at the returns address below within 100 days of the purchase date

Other terms of REFUND & EXCHANGE you should be aware of are:
- For exchanges, if no replacement size is available you may elect to receive a full refund or a credit.
- The postage cost of returns is at your expense and not included in the value of store credit.
- Any duties and taxes paid on delivery to international destinations are not refundable, just the order price is considered for store credit or refund upon inspection of the returned order.
- SHEN is not responsible for posted orders until they arrive in our care to inspect and process your return claim. Please consider using registered post, or tracked postal services and please retain a copy of your postage receipt. SHEN is not responsible to honor lost orders or orders that do not arrive at our returns address.
